Crystal Daigneault, Registered Massage Therapist

Biography

Since graduating from the Victoria campus of West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2005, I have focused my practice on my life’s passion;  providing high quality, evidence-based massage therapy for individuals before, during and beyond the childbearing years.  My dedication to giving the best to my clients has motivated me to continue honing my skills and creating a special interest reproductive health and perinatal massage therapy practice.  I have received post-graduate training in pregnancy massage, postpartum massage, caesarian recovery, high risk pregnancy and infant massage.  I am also experienced in working with clients who are utilizing surrogacy/fertility technology,  who have undergone mastectomy/lumpectomy for breast cancer, and who are transitioning through menopause.

In January of 2017, I completed my Bachelor of Health Science through Thompson Rivers University and obtained my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from City University in September 2021.

I grew up in Greater Victoria and my husband Mike and I have each lived and worked in the West Shore for more than twelve years.  Living and working in the same community allows me the deep satisfaction of giving back to those around me by nurturing the people and business that support me.  In my leisure time, I love relaxing with a good book, running, travelling and cooking!
